1. What qualifications do your translators hold, are they native speakers?
Our translators are native speakers with extensive background in Healthcare, Education and Business. In addition, their experience with the local ethnicity, allows them to customize the translation in a way that most resonates with the target audience.
2. How does New Babel assure confidentially?
New Babel treats all material entering our office as confidential. We collect personal information about you only when you elect to provide such information to us. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose(s) for which it was collected, unless you indicate otherwise. The personal information you provide to us will not be sold or shared with third parties.
3. How does New Babel assure my documents remain completely secure?
New Babel understands the importance of confidentiality in regards to your project or document, and will uphold the highest professional and ethical standards. 4. How do I request a quote?
You can submit your request via email along with the document you need to translate. An associate will contact you if there is need for additional questions, otherwise you should receive a quote via email.
5. What information do you need to give me an accurate quote?
In order to provide an accurate quote, we will need to understand the scope and complexity of your request.
Please remember that the format, technicality, and timing of your request may impact the quote.
6. Is the price guaranteed once I've approved the quote?
Yes it is. Once we have reviewed your job, provided a quote to you and you have approved it, the price will not change. It is possible, however, if changes are made in the timing, content or scope, the quote may have to be adjusted. This will be provided to you in a timely manner before expense is generated.
7. Are there any hidden or additional charges?
There are no hidden charges. Everything will be outlined in your quote.
8. What if I have changes to my order after it has been submitted?
We will review your changes and then notify you as to whether or not the changes have an impact on the original estimate.
9. Does it vary by language?
No, the same rate applies for all languages.
10. Is there a minimum charge?
It depends on the type of document.
